📞 Contact Us

If you're not completely satisfied with your Heat & Sin purchase, you can easily initiate a return or cancellation by contacting our customer support team at support@heatandsin.com. We’ll assist you promptly.


❌ Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, please contact us via email before your order is shipped from our fulfillment center. Once your order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.


🔙 Returns

To initiate a return, please contact customer support within 14 days of receiving your order. Please do not send any returns without prior approval from our team.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please provide photo proof. We will issue a replacement for the defective product.

Returns for Unopened Products

If you're unsatisfied with your Heat & Sin purchase, the product must be unopened for a full refund. At least two of the three chocolate squares should remain sealed. Once approved, return the items in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. Return shipping fees may apply.


🚚 Shipping Labels & Return Process

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. In some cases, USPS return shipping fees may apply.

Photos for Improvement

We may ask you to send a photo of your returned product to help improve our product quality and customer service.


💳 Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to one week for the refund to be processed once approved.


⏳ Delivery Delays & Refund Eligibility

During peak shipping periods, delays may occur. If your order arrives significantly late, you may qualify for a partial refund. If you are notified of a delay and choose to keep the order, no refund will be issued.
