Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, melted, disfigured, or defective, we’ll help make it right.
1 Order Cancellations +
Orders may be cancelled before they leave our fulfillment center.
To request a cancellation, email support@heatandsin.com as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. At that point, the order will need to follow our return process below.
2 Returns +
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, contact our support team before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
To qualify for a full refund, products must be returned in their original condition and must be unopened.
For chocolate products, at least two of the three chocolate squares must remain sealed to be eligible for return approval.
Once your return is approved, we will provide next steps for sending your item back.
3 Damaged or Defective Items +
If your order arrives damaged, broken, melted, disfigured, or otherwise defective, we’ll make it right.

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we may issue a replacement for the affected item.
4 Return Shipping +
If your return is approved, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label.
In some cases, USPS return shipping fees may apply and may be deducted from your refund.
Our team will confirm any shipping details before your return is processed.
5 Refunds +
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once your return is received and approved, please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
6 Delivery Delays +
During peak shipping periods, carrier delays may occur.
If your order arrives significantly later than expected, you may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the situation.
If you are notified of a shipping delay and choose to keep the order, the order will no longer qualify for a delay-based refund.
7 Quality Review +
In some cases, we may ask for photos of your product before approving a return, replacement, or refund.
This helps us improve product quality, packaging, shipping performance, and the overall Heat & Sin experience.
